- Provide high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.

- Assist clients during the onboarding process and help them navigate our services effectively.

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
