Job Description

• Handles incoming calls or inquiries from clients: by email, chat or phone;
• Assists customers effectively by solving problems;
• Provides customer additional information or explains services;
• Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
• Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public;
• Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
• Accurately captures customer information;
• Creates and maintains service reports.

Qualifications

• C2 or Native level of written and verbal communication skills in: French;
• Good command of English (B2 Level); 
• Minimum: High School Diploma;
• Proficient in using computers (Windows, MS Office, and other common software); 
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset;
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously;
• Ability to multitask;
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
