Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential candidates fluent in Bulgarian.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and language proficiency.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.

Facilitate job placements by guiding candidates through the application process.

Provide support and advice to candidates regarding job opportunities and the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate records of candidates, placements, and client feedback in recruitment software.

Requirements Fluency in Bulgarian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
