German-speaking Content Moderator

What You´ll Do:

As a Content Moderator , you will play a key role in ensuring that users worldwide enjoy a safe, engaging, and high-quality online experience. Your daily responsibilities include: Reviewing and evaluating online videos, posts, and user reports to identify issues related to copyright, content accuracy, and community guidelines. Monitoring and updating content on a major global social media platform. ️ Auditing user-generated content before it goes live to maintain platform integrity. Ensuring all work meets key performance standards (KPIs) and follows established accuracy and compliance guidelines.
Building a strong understanding of the clients products, services, and policies.
Safeguarding customer data and strictly following internal compliance processes. What We´re Looking For: Fluent (C2) German  speaker with solid English skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
A natural customer-service orientation with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts based on operational needs.
