What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and React.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
Develop scalable and secure backend services.
Implement asynchronous processing, concurrency handling, and background job management.
Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
Work with AWS cloud services and manage cloud-based deployments.
Design and maintain both relational and No SQL databases.
Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Collaborate with stakeholders and support change management initiatives.
You will be a great match if you have: Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Java development, including React.
Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Experience with both relational and No SQL databases.
Strong understanding of advanced backend concepts (asynchronous processing, multithreading, concurrency, performance optimization).
Proven experience writing unit and integration tests.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
