JOB PURPOSE:

We offer an exciting role as SAP FICO Solution Specialist for SAP with responsibility for the Finance Solution for SAP system in COFCO International. The position gives an opportunity to work with solution management and outsourcing in an international environment. The CIL SAP system covers finance, procurement, logistics, production, plant maintenance and trade integration processes. These systems are used worldwide in all of CIL's offices. Support for the SAP system is based on a local Super User model and a global team delivering Application and Development Management services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues in SAP back-office systems, providing in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
Ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution of system issues, working closely with SAP Basis and technical support teams;
Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and performance monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues;
Configure SAP back-office modules (e.g., FI/CO, tax) based on business requirements to support finance, procurement, HR, and supply chain processes;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements;
Develop and implement customizations and enhancements in the system to address unique business needs;
Design data integration between SAP back-office modules and other applications within the enterprise landscape;
Identify opportunities to improve back-office processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with industry best practices;
Implement automation within SAP modules, leveraging workflows, and SAP automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks;
Develop strategies for standardizing and simplifying complex business processes to reduce operational costs;
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP back-office processes and functionalities, promoting best practices and system knowledge;
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes;
Collaborate closely with business leaders, department heads, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions;
Advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities, helping to align technology solutions with business strategies;
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on SAP best practices, emerging technologies, and potential system improvements;
