What you will do.
A glimpse in your role: As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will focus on the Operations side of the business – including Refunding, Processing, and Payments.
Your role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic support to drive performance across global operations.
You will: Analyze and interpret actual performance and partner with SVP Operations and Country Managing Directors to identify efficiencies and business opportunities.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Build trusted relationships across departments to provide meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making.

You will make a difference here if: Partner with Accounting to understand actual results and manage the month-end closing process.
Deliver monthly performance analyses (Actuals vs.
Budget vs. Prior Year) to senior stakeholders.
Manage and enhance budgeting and forecasting models for Operations in collaboration with the FP&A team.
Provide analytical support to SVP Operations and Country MDs to optimize financial and operational decisions.
Conduct analyses on processing costs, refund errors, unsuccessful payments, and recommend corrective actions.
Identify and propose process improvements across operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Analyze refund cost performance and ancillary revenues (e.g., Forex, Cash Fee) across markets.
Support the VP FP&A and CFO with strategic initiatives linked to operations.

You'll drive towards success if: Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Proven ability to identify key business performance drivers and translate them into actionable KPIs.
Experience with reporting tools such as Hyperion, Smart View, or Essbase is a strong plus.
Knowledge of VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, or DAX is an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset and value-driven approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multicultural environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving, and "can-do" attitude.
Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
