Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst located in the Porto metropolitan area, with a hibrid working model.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understanding business processes and issues
- Be a proposal force to design innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes
- Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage
- Contribute to change management and support the users
- Monitoring treatment progress and provide user support during closing periods
- Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement.
Technical skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics
- Relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in Financial/Reporting Industry (5 - 7 years)
- Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
- Previous banking experience is a plus.
Language skills:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory;
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
