We are recruiting a Procurement Specialist for a multinational company in Consumer Electronics sector.

O que terás de fazer

Support to the indirect Procurement team, maximizing their performance;

. Management of administrative tasks of the internal purchase tool (BQMS);

. Support in the implementation of new projects (E2 E – from sourcing scouting to awarding after a bidding process);

. Support in global projects. Cooperation between Spanish and Portuguese teams;

. Support to all divisions with regards to third party management;

. Monitoring and support in internal audits & reporting;

. Provide solutions for continuous improvement processes.

O que deves garantir:

. Degree in Economics, Management, or Accounting;

. 3 to 5 years ofexperience in purchasing, with a solid understanding of procurement practices and processes;

. Ability to handle more complex tasks, such as negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, and making strategic decisions;

. Responsible forexecuting purchases with more autonomy than junior-level professionals;

. Experience in contract management and inventory control.
