As a Senior Specialist CRM Analyst & Architecture, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions in the CRM domain, ensuring it meets the business requirements.

In your new role you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and business processes and formulate solution proposals Support solution architecture design in CRM projects, innovation & initiatives , including creating architecture diagrams, data models, and documentation Be responsible for design integration architecture using middleware or APIs for all integration scenarios, particularly on-prem to cloud & cloud-to-cloud application integration Contribute to projects as subject matter expert and perform a business analyst role in driving initiative when necessary Establish best practices and quality benchmarks for solution design, data modeling and architecture Conduct market research and evaluate new CRM technologies/trends to propose & drive adoption where needed

You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a great collaborative teamwork attitude, enjoying working in a global environment, respecting different points of view and appreciating the contribution of others. Additionally, you are passionate, proactive and resourceful in exploring new technology/framework independently.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields Minimum 5 years of CRM solution implementation with at least 3 years of architecture design experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & keep pace with the business offering, technical innovation and market-driven initiatives Good know-how about CRM business process (i.e. customer journey, samples) and relevant technologies (e.g. MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce), infrastructure, integration architectures , cloud architectures , data architectures and security practices Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools Good understanding of overall SDLC processes, tools and technologies (including development tools, testing tools, configuration management and release management tools, e.g. Azure Dev Ops) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication & fluency in English
