As an IT Business Analyst, you will work on a global IT-Solution for Infineon Customs Solutions. Your responsibilities include business requirement gathering and analysis, software testing and rollout, as well as user support for incident and problem management. In your new role you will: Be responsible to support market customs clearance solution provided by 3rd party company. Be part of OneSAP Project as a technical expert in Customs work package under Supply Chain Management – Shipment track, to integrate the customs clearance solution to SAP S/4 HANA Shipment solution. Contribute to requirement gathering and analysis, testing and rollout management of the Customs software. Coordinate with business users, IT infrastructure and SAP experts , as well as the external developers/support teams. Create and maintain IT documents and specifications. Be level 2 support in incident and problem management as application expert. Provide a rotational weekend consultation on-call/standby support. With your hands-on mentality, creativity and excellent communication skills you are able to develop ideas and set up sustainable relationships with your team and other counterparts. You have a problem-solver mindset and strong organizational skills. Your collaborative approach allows you to establish successful cooperation with people across all functions and levels of the organization. You have a structured and self-driven working style since you are able to work independently and structure your own work. Furthermore, living up to high quality standards, you always focus on the business and customers’ needs, in order to achieve top results. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar fields. Knowledge in SAP SD and/or Customs Solutions especially for Germany and/or EU. Strong knowledge in Oracle database and SQL. Ideally at least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience ; but we can also consider fresh graduates with good records. Experience in working in a global team set up is a plus. Willingness to support on rotating consultation on-call/standby during weekend (maximum once a month). Fluency in English. Fluency in German is not a must but highly desired.
