Working Capital team

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of working capital forecasts and perform variance analysis against actual results.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics, including: DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle) CCNWC (Cash Conversion Net Working Capital)
Investigate drivers impacting working capital performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Operations) to gather data and validate assumptions.
Prepare trend analysis and dashboards to monitor performance over time.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital management.
Participate in ad-hoc projects related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
