About The Role:
We are looking for a Team Lead Accounts Receivable B2 B to join our Finance department, taking full ownership of Accounts Receivable B2 B across all our regions – EMEA, Americas and APAC. You'll not just lead a team of talented AR accountants but also own continuous improvement initiatives and guarantee accounting best practices.
Reporting directly to our Head of Global Accounting, you will partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Tech & Engineering to ensure a best-in-class accounting set-up to support our Offline (B2 B) business. What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee the AR B2 B Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work closely with other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Drive and manage cash collection activities, working closely with our business teams to ensure timely customer payments and resolve
