Created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 650 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and Agicap is part of the French Tech 120, rewarding the most promising startups in France.
Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid-market companies.
We have raised €145 M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and Black Fin, with a last round in November 2024.

What you will do:
As part of the Sales team, you will be a key support for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), their managers, and the sales leadership by working on optimizing tools and prospecting processes. Your role will be crucial in improving Agicap's commercial performance.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Create, enrich, and distribute lead lists in collaboration with SDRs
Support pipeline reviews and identify conversion gaps
Align with Team Leads to define and track improvement measures
Ensure smooth handover and lead flow across the funnel
CRM and Prospecting Tools Management
Set up and optimize Hubspot in collaboration with the CRM team: manage users, workflows, and dashboards for both management and sales teams
Ensure proper documentation, training, and usage of the CRM by SDRs
Enrich existing databases and ensure data quality in Hubspot
Implement and optimize sales automation tools (Hubspot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zapier, etc.)
Reporting & Analysis
Establish reporting routines to monitor sales performance
Analyze data from Hubspot and Looker to identify improvement levers for prospecting and lead management
Support the sales leadership by providing actionable insights
Continuous Improvement of Sales Processes
Optimize the prospecting pipeline and lead management in close collaboration with SDRs and their managers
Collaborating with the Go-To-Market for the UK Team
Standardize and document best sales practices in a Sales Playbook (Notion)
Participate in the onboarding and training of new SDRs
Profile Sought
You have initial experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth, ideally in a fast-growing startup
You have an analytical mindset and can turn data into actionable recommendations
You are proficient with CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), sales automation tools, and Excel
You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
You've worked with Sales and Growth teams before and thrive in a dynamic environment
You speak fluent English
