Role Overview We are looking for an Intermediate Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, global initiatives across multiple streams.
The ideal professional will be responsible for ensuring that all project dimensions—scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality—are fully respected, while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to operate in highly dynamic, demanding environments.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, deadlines, cost, and quality.
Develop, implement, and guarantee compliance with all project plans, including communication, risk assessment, mitigation, and execution.
Ensure financial execution remains aligned with the overall project plan.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely decision-making.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management information for governance and executive visibility.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional, global teams.

Hands-on experience managing global, complex projects with multiple streams.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
