Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Shareholding Support Analyst (m/f) plays a role in optimizing and supporting Employee Shareholding operations and various Human Resources processes for Europe. His/her role is to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity by engaging directly in core activities. The Shareholding Support Analyst (m/f) will act as a liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Individual Shareholders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. Uptevia, payroll vendors) to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within the operational and HR landscape. This roles reports to the Manager Total Rewards Support Services (m/f).
*Key Responsibilities: *
Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e.g. employee departures, entity changes)
Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures
