The client is a well-established UK-authorised Fin Tech operating in international payments, FX, and multi-currency accounts for businesses worldwide. As the company accelerates expansion across Europe and beyond, product-led growth has become a strategic priority. The Growth Product Manager will own the Growth track within R&D, driving acquisition, activation, and expansion through experimentation and data-driven decisions. This is a high-ownership role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of product, growth, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Growth track within R&D, identifying and executing product-led growth opportunities.
• Design and run growth experiments across onboarding, pricing, conversion flows, and key product surfaces.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Partnerships to align product initiatives with positioning and customer segments.
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to prototype, test, and iterate on growth ideas.
• Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for each initiative.
• Translate user behaviour and data insights into actionable product decisions.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey, reducing friction across self-serve and assisted channels.
• Contribute to company-wide growth strategy and roadmap prioritisation alongside leadership.
• Monitor Fin Tech, Saa S, and PLG trends to continuously refine growth tactics.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth or expansion.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through experimentation.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth funnels (acquisition, activation, monetisation, expansion).
• Experience working closely with engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• Highly analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
• Fin Tech experience is required; payments, banking, or FX domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
• High ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in fast-scaling environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.
