Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain an effective internal control environment across YILPORT Holding.
Safeguard the security and sustainability of company assets.
Ensure financial processes and applications comply with both local and international laws.
Prepare and maintain process inventories and detailed flowcharts.
Actively contribute to the transition and implementation of SAP ERP.
Prepare and publish corporate governance documents.
Identify process improvement areas and provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
Design and implement operational and systematic control mechanisms in collaboration with process owners.
Define, monitor, and report financial and operational risks in alignment with the ERM project and internal control standards.
Establish close monitoring structures for financial transactions.
Collaborate closely with regional accounting and FP&A teams.
Prepare management reports and presentations.
Lead or support special financial projects as needed.
Define financial control checkpoints within key finance processes.
Analyze and address risk areas in financial transactions.
Support local finance teams during ERP transformation and structural setup.
Required Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or proven experience.- Minimum 2 years of experience as an internal auditor, ideally within banking audit teams or Big Four firms.- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English - Mandatory- Strong understanding of the COSO Integrated Framework, internal controls, financial documentation, business process analysis, and enterprise risk management.- Solid knowledge of accounting under IFRS and auditing under ISA standards.- Experience working with management teams and international stakeholders.- Proficient in Office 365 and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).- Excellent presentation, reporting, and research skills.- Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take initiative beyond core responsibilities.- Strong analytical skills, results-driven and process-oriented, while also being a collaborative team player.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and all levels of the business.- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.- Availability to travel internationally.
