Your Role We are looking for an F& B Operations Manager to oversee the performance and sales of food and beverage outlets across our hotel properties.
This role requires travel to various locations to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring revenue goals are met, controlling costs, and maintaining operational efficiency.
This results-driven role focuses on improving guest satisfaction and delivering consistent, high-quality service across all outlets.
A key aspect is strong leadership—guiding, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve excellence in performance and service standards.
You will play a crucial role in boosting sales and ensuring that all food and beverage outlets operate at their highest potential.
Your Journey Sales Focus: Strong track record in driving sales growth within multi-outlet F& B operations.
New F& B concepts: Implement new F& B concepts and operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, optimizing processes, developing innovative projects, and ensuring efficient execution through planning, budgeting, training, and sustainable growth.
Revenue Optimization: Expertise in developing and executing revenue-generating strategies across multiple outlets.
Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to optimize operations for efficiency and profitability, ensuring high performance and low cost.
Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
Team Leadership: Ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture that drives engagement, accountability, and excellence in service.
Guest Experience & Quality: Expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences that drive repeat business and positive brand perception.
Innovative & Trend-Driven: Ability to introduce innovative ideas and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
What Do You Bring To Your Trip Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of leadership experience in F& B operations, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth across multiple outlets.
Proven track record of improving sales performance and profitability in F& B outlets.
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and concepts that resonate with target markets.
Familiarity with F& B technology platforms, including POS systems, inventory management, and digital marketing tools to drive sales.
Deep understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and cost control, with the ability to drive profitability through data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute guest-focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing sales.
Experience in scaling and optimizing F& B operations across multiple locations while maintaining consistency in quality and service.
Portuguese and Spanish languages domain, are a must.
