Position Summary
For our NBS Lisbon Order to Cash (O2 C) department, we are currently looking for a Reference Data Junior Specialist, reporting to the Master Data Management Lead. This professional will be responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered and support Total Service Quality levels to Stakeholders, adhering to standardization.
A day in the life of...
• Creation and maintenance of Customer Master Data impacting Order to Cash & Market Processes;
• Perform periodic activity relevant reviews with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor;
• Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during the operational reviews;
• Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever is possible;
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).
• Be focused on process improvements
Candidate Profile:

What will make you successful
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
• Experience in Customer Services and/or O2 C is preferred;
• Intermediate/Advanced Level of Excel Skills;
• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge of English;
• Team player, positive attitude and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive to look for opportunities of improvement in order to meet service expectations
