Job Description:

HRB Solutions is currently recruiting for a multinational company specializing in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical sector. Following its strategy of consolidation and growth, our client seeks to recruit a Continuous Improvement Trainee for the Biopharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing and implementing improvement projects across departments to optimize processes;
• Ensure the implementation of developed projects;
• Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement;
• Gather information for analysis, design, and systematization of processes;
• Systematize collected data clearly and produce reports for consultation;
• Assist in preparing documents (e.g., analyses and reports) to support continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related field;
• Fluency in English, both oral and written;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
• Strong coordination, organization, and teamwork skills;
• Excellent communication skills, dynamism, versatility, and responsibility;
• Analytical reasoning, attention to detail, rigor, and task prioritization;
• Ability to solve problems and build interpersonal relationships.
