We are looking for a Technical Expert w/French.
MAIN TASKS:
- Coordinate the process of replacing or shutting down systems with the Tribe and the IT Cluster PMO.
- Manage or help with technical projects.
- Ensuring the availability of workstations and IT support for sourcing activities carried out by service centers, implementing initial control over compliance with access authorizations.
- Help onboard and provide technical support.
- Encourage the use of the Dynatrace APM tool.
- Provide backup support for AWS tasks within the team.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- French language.
- At least 2 years of experience with Dynatrace to help application managers improve their expertise, answer their questions, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong coordination skills to organize and prioritize tasks, lead and manage teams, handle budgets, and oversee project execution.
- Technical expertise with an architecture-focused approach to ensure reliable reference data, perform analyses, and offer guidance for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Hybrid role in the Porto office.
