The Role: Senior Technical Product Owner (Data Products)We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner with a strong background in data products to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead the development of scalable, patient-centric data solutions that make a difference in healthcare outcomes. As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead a key product for our data roadmap and infrastructure and collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to ensure that our product roadmap aligns with the overall company strategy. What you’ll be expected to do Define and communicate a clear product vision for our data platform and infrastructure products, particularly those related to real-world healthcare data. Translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements and actionable development roadmaps. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients, to gather insights and refine product features. Drive the development of secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data solutions that facilitate the collection and monetization of real-world evidence. Use data-driven decision-making to measure product success, identify areas of improvement, and continuously enhance the product. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal infrastructure and architecture choices are made for data products. Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements in healthcare, big data, and AI, and apply them to the product roadmap. Qualifications And Work Experience At least 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong focus on data products and technology-driven solutions. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of data infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and scalable architecture. Proven track record in managing full product lifecycles, from ideation to deployment, with a focus on data-driven solutions. Solid experience with API-driven development, microservices, and data pipeline integration. Experience with data governance practices, data security and patient-centric design. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional agile teams. Experience with cloud-based data solutions and large datasets, particularly in SQL/No SQL databases. Proficiency in working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Experience in healthcare industries is highly preferred. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated sense of ownership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing short-term and long-term product goals.
