Profile:- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA core modules (Finance, Controlling, Financial Consolidation) and integration points;
- Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and ERP transformation projects (brownfield, greenfield, hybrid);
- Proven experience overseeing data migration strategies, cleansing activities, and cutover execution;
- Solid understanding of system integration with legacy platforms, middleware, and third-party applications;
- Demonstrated track record in end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budget, and resources;
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to switch between approaches depending on project needs;
- Expertise in risk and issue management, project governance, and executive-level reporting;
- Strong vendor management experience, coordinating SAP, system integrators, and external partners;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level sponsors, business leads, and technical teams;
- Ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore environments;
- Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution, change management, and communication across business and IT;
- PMI certification preferred;
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Brazil;

- Manage the AS-IS to TO-BE transition, ensuring alignment with business processes and S/4 HANA standards;
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and resources to achieve agreed outcomes;
- Guide data migration activities, including strategy, quality assurance, and cutover execution;
- Ensure effective system integration with legacy solutions, middleware, and third-party platforms;
- Lead steering committees, status meetings, and executive communications;
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation measures;
- Coordinate vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery;
- Work with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and validate requirements;
- Support organisational change management by partnering with OCM teams to drive adoption, training, and communication;
