Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Sales Analyst and Support Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate and support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and collaborating with key stakeholders. You will contribute to a streamlined sales process while enhancing cross-departmental communication.
A Day in the Life of...
Maintain the annual Budget TTS Tracking Report and ensure alignment of documents with customer agreements and promo calendars.
Engage with the sales team to address escalations and manage workflow tools.
Define and drive Standard Work Ways (SWW) with the regions.
Product Registration Coordination:
Customer Listings and Product Registration:
Fill listing templates and consolidate documents for product registration.
Maintain summary files for listing requirements and liaise with key stakeholders for documentation.
Manage PFME budget control for sales samples and define SWW with regions.
Data Management:
Customer Master and Vendor Data Updates:
Create and follow up on Ticket CMD for customer changes on a monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with the Customer Creation process and maintain a log of changes.
Prepare and track the annual sales incentive plan, engaging with agencies and customers for payment follow-ups.
Product Documentation:
1 F2 C/All Products:
Ensure signed-off Product Briefs are available for sales needs.
