We are looking for an Publication Agent Experienced!

Responsabilities:

  • Investigating Issues: Investigate the root cause of publication issues and provide solutions or escalate as necessary, ensuring follow-up until resolution. Investigations will span multiple platforms and involve transversal collaboration, requiring the use of tools such as SQL, Excel, Splunk, Camunda, Jira, Dynatrace, group proprietary market data software, Ubix, and Bloomberg.
  • Supporting CInergy Application: Provide user support throughout the entire lifecycle of an index, ensuring proper configurations across the necessary systems for index calculation or publication.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee workflow systems, ensuring that all workflows run on time daily, manage workflow incidents, and collaborate with development teams to improve workflow monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of tools like SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Excel, Python, financial market data, and database management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues related to servers, connectivity, and scripts.
  • Capable of quickly identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex problems, whether they are external, technical, or internal.
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders, including IT, front-office teams, and external data providers.
  • Ability to clearly report incidents and follow up with relevant teams until resolution, ensuring smooth collaboration across business and technical teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that calculations and publications are accurate and comply with rulebook requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in daily workflows and the integrity of data and indices published.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with departments like IT, QIS structuring, and external partners to ensure efficient operations.
  • Close interaction with front-office teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving systems, methods, and technologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement in workflow efficiency.
  • Willingness to learn more about financial products and market dynamics to bridge the gap between IT and business functions.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure situations, especially during critical times for index calculation and publication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met even in challenging circumstances.
  • Good level of english.
