We are looking for a PMO

MAIN TASKS:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of a portfolio of technology projects for trading markets.
• Track key metrics and identify trends to provide actionable insights.
• Optimize service offerings to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Ensure the portfolio remains aligned with market demands and organizational goals.
• Design and implement a comprehensive framework for collecting KPIs from each team within the IT department.
• Ensure the framework's adaptability and scalability to align with evolving project needs and organizational growth.
• Analyze internal KPIs to identify areas requiring attention and improvement.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance team performance and project success.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Expertise in project management with a focus on monitoring, analysis, and optimization of technology projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing frameworks for KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies for improvement.
• Ability to align project goals with organizational objectives and market demands.
• Experience in working with performance metrics and continuously improving operations.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, driving change and improvements.
• Technical background in supporting IT projects for financial institutions.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and organizational growth.
• Fluency in English
