We are looking for a PMO
MAIN TASKS:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of a portfolio of technology projects for trading markets.
- Track key metrics and identify trends to provide actionable insights.
- Optimize service offerings to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Ensure the portfolio remains aligned with market demands and organizational goals.
- Design and implement a comprehensive framework for collecting KPIs from each team within the IT department.
- Ensure the framework's adaptability and scalability to align with evolving project needs and organizational growth.
- Analyze internal KPIs to identify areas requiring attention and improvement.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance team performance and project success.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Expertise in project management with a focus on monitoring, analysis, and optimization of technology projects.
- Experience in designing and implementing frameworks for KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies for improvement.
- Ability to align project goals with organizational objectives and market demands.
- Experience in working with performance metrics and continuously improving operations.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, driving change and improvements.
- Technical background in supporting IT projects for financial institutions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and organizational growth.
- Fluency in English
