Greenvolt Group is looking for an M& A Senior Manager who will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth initiatives through effective deal sourcing, execution, and integration of renewable energy assets. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end M& A transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop acquisition strategies aligned with our business objectives in the renewables sector.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and assess the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banks, commercial banks, and industry experts.
- Prepare and present compelling investment case proposals to Management Team, Investment Committee and the board of directors.
- Support the Management Team in the group strategy definition, preparation of medium/long-term Business Plan and monitoring.
- Support the capital markets team in equity/debt needs assessment, transaction structure and negotiation.
- Oversee integration processes post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions and operational efficiencies.
- Support other areas and subsidiaries of the Company regarding investment, divestment and partnerships opportunities.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the renewables market to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in M& A, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on the renewables energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading M& A transactions and managing complex projects.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with expertise in valuation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy landscape, including emerging trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Programming skills are a plus.
