Key Responsibilities
Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality C#. NET framework GUI applications with WPF
Collaborating with the product team to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects
Mentoring and guiding junior developers
Understanding of design & architecture principles, common data structures and algorithms complexity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Being an expert in modern C# and actively seeking to maintain a up-to-date set of skills
The Ideal candidate
At least 8 years of experience in C# server-side development with WPF experience
Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges
Ability to balance being a contributing developer, team leader, and product/stakeholder manager
Web development experience with Typescript and React
Knowledge of Microsoft. NET and C#
Experience with design patterns such as MVVM, IOC, and Reactive Extensions (Rx)
Ability to deliver quality code without relying on the test team
Experience across the entire development lifecycle within. NET projects, from architecture to maintenance
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, tools such as Intelli J, JIRA, and Confluence, and version control in Git
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good knowledge of FX and appreciation for electronic trading
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
