What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
+2 years of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory); Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
Hands-on experience with Linked In and other sourcing platforms
A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
