Could it be you?Your Mission Will Be: Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles; Creation of job descriptions and curricular screening; Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed; Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like Linked In (Recruiter), using different strategies; Conducting phone and video interviews; Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.

Really Important To Have: BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields; High motivation to be part of a dynamic team; Interest in the IT field; Ability to adapt to changes and high-speed environments.

Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good: Previous experience in the recruitment field; Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles; Experience working with a Linked In recruiter; Good level of English (spoken and written).
