We are looking for a

Junior Account Manager
MAIN TASKS:
Address client-related issues, queries, and requests efficiently.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and BO teams.
Monitor and control risks associated with activities.
Contribute to business projects and system releases.
Analyze client communication data to enhance KPIs and client experience.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new concepts.
Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
High sense of responsiveness, accountability, and adaptability.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
