⭐️ The Role
We’re looking for a
Group
Beverage Manager , a true
curator of moments , to lead and elevate our beverage program across all Vida Plena venues. This role is hands-on, strategic, and creative, combining expert mixology skills with operational excellence to ensure consistency, profitability, and innovation
You’ll oversee everything from menu development to training and supply chain management, co-creating outstanding drinks that enhance the guest journey while optimizing costs and sustainability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Beverage Strategy & Development
Lead the
beverage program across our 13 + venues , ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.
Lead the creation of
cocktails & non-alcoholic offerings
aligned with each venue’s identity.
Work closely with the
Sommelier and culinary teams
to create balanced, high-quality pairings.
Introduce
adaptogenic and functional drinks
to meet evolving guest expectations.
Scale programs
across venues, ensuring consistency while tailoring to local character.
Stay
ahead of trends
in cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, and sustainability.
Operational & Financial Excellence
Standardize beverage recipes, specs, and SOPs
for consistency across venues.
Optimize beverage costs , pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.
Support POS setup & integration
for accurate performance tracking.
Training & Team Development
Train bartenders, baristas, and FOH teams
on execution, service standards, and product knowledge.
Foster a culture of creativity, consistency, and excellence
within bar teams.
Supplier & Logistics Management
Build
strong relationships with suppliers
and producers for quality and value.
Work with Logistics & Purchasing to
streamline supply chain efficiency.
Ensure
beverage procurement aligns with sustainability
and ethical sourcing goals.
Guest Experience & Brand Representation
Support venue teams in delivering an
exceptional guest experience
at the bar.
Collaborate closely with
Operation Managers, Chefs, and Marketing
on storytelling, rollouts, and activations.
️What We Expect From You
5+ years in bar management or beverage leadership roles in high-volume,
quality-driven hospitality.
International experience , ideally across several countries or cultures, bringing diverse perspectives and adaptability.
Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic trends , and beverage operations.
Financial acumen
(beverage cost control, pricing strategy, P&L understanding).
Experience in
training
with a passion for mentorship.
Ability to balance
creativity with operational efficiency.
Strong relationships
with suppliers and industry professionals.
Passion for sustainability
and responsible sourcing
