Greenvolt Comunidades is looking for an Energy Community Specialist to join the Customer Experience Team, to be responsible for client management within the scope of the business promoting, implementing, and managing collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects. You will then be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the entire onboarding process for customers who are part of the Energy Communities in particular carrying out all the steps with them so that the process is agile and effective.
  • Manage and analyse Energy Communities, including identifying member acquisition needs.
  • Prospect and acquire consumer members for Energy Communities (both residential and business), ensuring a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process by guiding them through all necessary steps.
  • Internal coordination with relevant departments (Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Marketing) for client integration processes.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience through various touchpoints (phone, digital, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, doubts, complaints and providing support for billing and collections.
  • Promoting proactive initiatives, through compliance with internal commercial follow-up plans, which promote customer loyalty and generate a strong emotional connection with the brand community.
  • Record relevant information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in relevant functions.
  • Experience in sales, customer management, and/or customer service and channel management is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Office Tools – essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • A proactive, focused personality with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong teamwork orientation.
  • Agility and the ability to act swiftly in uncertain situations.
