Our client is recruiting Czech speakers for their banking client.
Gross salary per month is €1060 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment). Alternatively if no accommodation is required gross salary can be €1260 per month instead.
As a

Customer Service Representative

in the banking sector, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to customers while representing the brand. Your position is centered on maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive and responsive support. You will engage in both

inbound and outbound

customer calls and take part in

back-office projects , with a consistent goal of identifying and addressing customer needs.
A strong customer orientation is essential in this role, as is a dedication to helping and fostering positive relationships with native level

Czech and b2 English

with some customer service experience.
Daily Job Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
Support Bank Customers : Empower customers with the tools and information they need to manage their accounts and conduct banking transactions with ease and security.
Provide Clear Product and Service Information : Clearly explain the bank's products and services, emphasizing benefits, features, and conditions to help customers make informed choices.
Address Customer Inquiries and Clarify Doubts : Handle a wide range of questions and requests, delivering thorough responses and effective solutions for each situation.
Represent the Brand Positively : Maintain a courteous, professional, and supportive demeanor in every interaction to build trust and ensure a favorable customer experience.
Deliver Quality Service Across Rotating Shifts : Flexibly work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 customer service availability, providing prompt assistance regardless of time.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in

Czech and at least b2 English

for clear, effective communication
Strong

customer service orientation

with a focus on relationship-building
Ability to work

flexible hours and rotating shifts
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
Knowledge of banking products, services, and relevant procedures
