You’ll be part of our People and Organizational Performance (POP) team in one of our approved footprint locations within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.The People & Organizational Performance platform aspires to drive lasting change in our firm and in our client organizations. We will do this in partnership with Client Service Team (CSTs) and other cells across the firm to enable the shift from Insight to Impact Partner.You’ll be a core member of the passionate, energized People and Organizational Performance (POP) client activation and broader practice team, and will report to the Global Director of Client Acceleration.You will work with global leaders across the practice and other leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will also work closely with our global capabilities and service line/domain leads, client capabilities managers, and across functions (e.g., finance, professional development, and reach and engagement teams) to activate our community.You will drive the agenda for Europe, Middle East, Africa, People and Organizational Performance (EMEA POP) on client and priority client themes, linked to our distinctive capabilities (e.g., fully loaded offerings). In this role, you will identify and radiate client priorities by understanding the client landscape, surfacing client needs, conducting competitive analysis, and understanding client feedback & wins/losses.You’ll activate client development by driving white & grey space identification and leading priority campaigns and initiatives, in close collaboration with various practices, regions, and service lines. You’ll bring the best of client development platforms and programs to every interaction, connecting experts, matching distinctive capabilities, and more. You’ll be responsible for execution of the activation plan, working closely with Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Hub, Joint Venture (JV) and offering leaders as well as client development colleagues and partnering with other functions to drive action and results.You’ll ensure POP EMEA has strong processes and infrastructure in place for client activation, including enabling easy access to a portfolio of client development resources, collateral and enduring assets (e.g., codification, case references, qualifications), developed by client capabilities. You’ll help bring together the global community of colleagues passionate about client activation in POP. Proven leadership record in serving as a thought partner to senior leadersUndergraduate degree required, MBA or other graduate degree beneficialExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA great team playerA true self-starter with excellent project management skills and an appetite for creativity and innovationStrong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential informationIndustry knowledge of the People and Organizational Performance (POP) practice preferredExceptional organizational skills; ability to work independently in a low structure environment, direct others and manage multiple people and projects simultaneouslyProven strong analytical, problem-solving skills – working on complex, sensitive, time-critical issues, quickly getting up to speed on unfamiliar topics
