Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Build Relationships: Connect with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Make conversations count.
- Drive Growth: Identify business opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to building long-term partnerships.
- Understand Business Metrics: While you don’t need to be a finance guru, knowing your way around sales funnels, conversion rates, and ROI will go a long way.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align on growth strategies.
- Represent Our Brand: Be the face and voice of Beta-i in meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
- Experience that Counts: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- People Magnet: Talking to people comes naturally to you. You build trust effortlessly and thrive in social settings.
- Energy for Days: This role is relationship-heavy—if social interactions drain you, this probably isn’t your gig.
- Curiosity About Innovation: You don’t need to be an expert, but a genuine interest in innovation and entrepreneurship is key.
- Business Basics: Familiarity with sales metrics, business pipelines, and general sales procedures.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with short-notice travel and adjusting plans when opportunities arise.
- Proactive Spirit: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
- Location: Ideally based in Portugal (or within GMT +/- 2 hours).
