We are looking for a Application Support Engineer - PL/SQL for a Hybrid position in Porto.
Requeriments:
- Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance
- Passion and experience in 1st and 2nd IT Support role related tasks
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability, efficient multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • Empathy and ownership of customer issues
- Strong interpersonal, relationship, management, and communication skills
- Ability to promote process improvement
- Proven experience in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages.
- Understanding in object-oriented languages
- Familiarity with basic Financial concepts
- Experience with Oracle; Hive database (nice to have)
- Experience with VBA; SQL Workbench; Git Lab, Control-M, Bit Bucket; CFT; Jenkins; Kakfa; Big Data; Unix, Business Intelligence (nice to have)
- Familiarity with basic ITIL (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence (nice to have)
- Knowledge of French. (nice to have)
- Proficient in English (min B2).
