We are looking for a Application Production Support.
MAIN TASKS:
Support application users / Answering to support requests.
Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level.
Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support.
Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge on IT concepts and infrastructure.
Expertise in SQL / My SQL.
Expertise in Unix/Linux.
Dynatrace (monitoring tools).
Fluent in

English and French.
Hybrid
