The role – Endpoint Administrator
We are looking for an Endpoint Administrator who will be integrated into the Asset Management & Windows team in charge of the management, deployment, and maintenance of the Windows Workstation. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing support in SCCM application packaging and deployment
Managing the full driver lifecycle
Overseeing Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, maintenance, and deployment
Conducting advanced troubleshooting across Windows and security‑related environments.
Your profile
BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least five years of professional experience in similar technical roles
Proficiency in SCCM administration, including application packaging, OSD, driver lifecycle management, and Windows updates
Demonstrated experience in Group Policy Object (GPO) management, creation, modification, and deployment
Advanced Power Shell scripting capabilities
Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows 11, SCCM, Office updates, software deployment and installation
Experience with Intune administration and implementation would be considered an advantage
Familiarity with mac OS and i OS management would be valued
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
