Customer Service Representative (Funchal)
At Ocean Score, we’re dedicated to enabling shipping’s transformation towards sustainability. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Funchal/Madeira, Portugal, and help ensure our customers’ success.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for our shipping customers
Monitor the (successful) usage of our solutions by our customers and proactively drive usage through targeted activities
