Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor - Sales Representative In Portugal

Hira Talent is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor / Sales Representative for a fully remote position based in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company and support Dutch-speaking customers from anywhere in Portugal.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
Advise customers on products and services in a consultative, solution-oriented way
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients
Meet individual and team sales targets consistently
Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

Dutch (C1/C2);
written and spoken
Good command of English (B2 or above)
Sales-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
