About the Role
We are looking for a
hands-on, practical Document Controller
to help us organize and simplify document management across projects and departments. This role is key to ensuring that technical documentation is
accessible, accurate, and secure
, while reducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
You will work with tools like
Share Point
and
IFS
, create
smart workflows
, and support engineering and project teams by making document processes faster and easier. Think of this role as being the
architect of information
, focused on efficiency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain technical and project documentation in a clear, structured way.
Develop simple, automated workflows and trackers to reduce manual tasks.
Coordinate document exchanges with vendors and ensure compliance with requirements.
Collaborate with IT to improve document management systems (Share Point, ERP).
Support engineers and managers by simplifying access to critical information.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in document control or administrative roles in technical environments.
Familiarity with
Share Point
, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – someone who likes to make processes easier.
Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus (but not mandatory).
