Tech Stack: Java, React, AWS, Datadog About the Role We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong Dev Ops and Observability skills to help accelerate our migration to Datadog.

This role will focus on configuring alerts , building and optimizing dashboards , and ensuring full compliance with environment policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership from day one: analyze existing services and independently implement configuration changes; Lead the development and optimization of observability tools, including dashboards and alerting in Datadog; Ensure compliance with our internal environment policies and support adherence to our service rulebook; Collaborate with teams to uplift observability maturity and ensure alignment with best practices; Contribute to end-to-end testing initiatives to maintain high service quality; Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members in observability and Dev Ops areas.
