We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer!
Location: Lisbon | Porto
Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)
Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
Main Tasks:
Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business production workflows and scenarios;
Manage Incidents, Requests, Changes;
Provide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project;
Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue. Contribute towards better post-release checkouts;
Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.
Technical Skills: Dev Ops; Linux; RPA; Windows;
Application Performance Monitor (Specifically Dynatrace);
General IT infrastructure knowledge;
Particular knowledge and experience with Red Hat Linux;
Shell script;
Fluent in English.
