Dev Ops Engineer Job Description (Servers, Security, CI/CD, In-House Infrastructure)

About the Role
We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to manage and secure our in-house infrastructure, automate deployments, and optimize our CI/CD pipeline. You will be responsible for server management, security enforcement, networking, and infrastructure automation.

Security & Comp

Networking & Office IT

Monitoring, Backups & Disaste

- dundancy). Plan and test disaster recovery scenarios to minimize
owntime.
What You’ll Need (Req
irements)
1+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Infrastructure, or System Admin
istration. Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Cent OS) server m
anagement. Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, o
rsimilar). Knowledge of networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, BGP
,routing). Familiarity with security best practices (SSH hardening, IDS/IPS, acces
scontrol). Experience managing Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized env
ironments. Comfortable managing physical hardware (rack-mounted servers, PDUs, UP
Ssystems). Understanding of database administration (Postgre SQL, My SQL, o
r Mongo DB). Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, E
LK stack).
Nice to Have (Preferr
d Skills)
Experience working with Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Proxmox, Open Sta
ck, etc.). Hands-on experience with hardware setup & data center o
perations. Familiarity with Ia C tools (Terraform, Ansible, S
alt Stack). Knowledge of DDo S protection, reverse proxies (Cloudflare, HAProxy
, Traefik). Experience with energy monitoring & infrastructur
