Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.
Role:
Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes
Lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python
Implement and optimize data models with focus on star schema architecture
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers
Contribute directly to project delivery with hands-on coding and implementation
Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python required
Experience with data modeling techniques, particularly star schema design
Proven ability to create and maintain complex data pipelines
Working knowledge of CI/CD processes for data applications
Fluency in English (preferred)
About you:
Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
4+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics projects
Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-intensive applications
Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation capability
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data challenges
Experience working with agile methodologies
