Role Overview As a Customer Support Expert, you will serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, warranties, services, and vehicle ownership.
Through various communication channels — including phone, email, chat, and social media — you’ll ensure customers receive clear guidance and effective solutions.
With comprehensive onboarding and continuous development opportunities, you’ll grow your knowledge within a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver professional assistance through phone, email, chat, and social media Handle inquiries about products, orders, services, and general requests Provide clear information on warranties, maintenance packages, and service options Assist customers with ownership concerns and after-sales support Recommend relevant products, accessories, and services tailored to customer needs Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems Stay informed about new product releases, brand updates, and industry trends Engage in continuous training to expand expertise and advance professionally Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles.
