You will work in Lisbon , Portugal Experience in the banking area required Recruitment Process : Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)



We are currently hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists for a leading digital banking project (Spanish market). This role requires a background in banking or financial customer service , particularly handling payments, disputes, and vulnerable customers .



Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries through chat, calls, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and providing excellent service.
Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.
Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating where appropriate.
Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve processes and training.
Adapt to changing business needs and work across multiple systems.



What We Offer



Base salary with the apartment: €892 gross x 14 times per year Bonuses (Christmas allowance, Holiday allowance, Meal allowance): 302€ per month Apartment benefit: €200 per month Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to €200 per month

OR Base salary without the apartment: €1220 gross x 14 times per year Bonuses (Christmas allowance, Holiday allowance, Meal allowance): 357€ per month Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to €200 per month



Additional Details
Location: Lisbon (close to Oriente station).
Contract: 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts (24/7 operation).
Training: Paid, intensive training program (12 working days).

Mandatory Profile: C1/C2 level of Spanish language Minimum B2 level of English language Minimum 12 months’ experience in banking, financial services, or insurance with Spanish clients Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Confident handling complex cases, complaints, or fraud/dispute issues
