As a Customer Service Representative , you'll support Portuguese-speaking customers with travel bookings while delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly customer experience across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment-related questions
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures
Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining service quality
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets Candidate Profile
Portuguese: C1–C2 level (mandatory)
English: Good working proficiency
